City Clerk

The Madison City Clerk is the official keeper of the City’s records and is responsible for preparing City Council meeting agendas, ensuring public notices are posted, and attending all City Council meetings to record their proceedings. The City Clerk ensures appropriate documents are recorded or filed with the County Clerk, administers the Liquor Code licensing, as well as other business licenses.
